As the name of the run implies, this was a fast run - from Newport to Freshwater (via yarmouth), back along the Military Road, stop off for ice-cream at the Blackgang-pitstop and then finally finishing at the Ventnor Wintergardens at their nicely refurbished cafe - overlooking the sea and of course our lovely bikes. Practically everyone took to our newly-adopted lay-off system like ducks to water (not that there was much chance of getting lost!) which should see us in good stead for our next mainland run with Three-Cross on the 8th May - hope you can make it!
