What started as a glorious sunny day suddenly developed into a downpour as the heavens spasmodically opened. Confirmed dry-bikers with gloriously shiny bikes quickly discovered
they were hardened all-weather bikers - and surprisingly none the worse for it! Slick teamwork resulted in a very effective and enjoyable lay-off run to Yaverland via Blackwater,
Godshill, Princelett Shute, Arreton, Downend, Havenstreet, Smallbrook and Brading downs. A most enjoyable relaxed chat in the lovely sunshine by the sea next to our lovely bikes was
interrupted only by little hiccup - the dealer-speed triple had a puncture. No problem - nothing that a tube of tyre foam sealant couldn't deal with.
