The Island was chok-a-block with events ranging from thousands of mods to powerboat racing to motocross and yet I have no doubt that we thought ours was the best - for us that is! With
lovely riding conditions a most satisfying run was had across toward freshwater along the middle road, to Yarmouth, back to Newport, Whippingham, Downend, Brading and finishing at Yaverland
car-park cafe where the owner very kindly cleared room for us to have our bikes right next to us as we sat by the lovely blue sea - a more perfect setting you could not wish for
as everyone enjoyed themselves trying to make out passing powerboats and chatted to a New Zealnd biker who joined our company - bikers seem to have a natural rapore with each other
whatever part of the World they come from!
